Shipping Policy

Reef Riders currently ships within the United States only. We may add international shipping in the future. Because our products contain a 126 Wh lithium-ion battery, international shipping requires specialized handling and is not available at this time.

Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Reef Riders Sea Scooters contain a lithium-ion battery. These products are shipped in accordance with applicable dangerous goods regulations. Some delivery options and destinations may be restricted as a result.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
