How Reef Riders collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to reefriders.com and other Reef Riders pages, storefronts, forms, and services that link to it. It does not apply to third-party websites or services governed by their own privacy policies.

Reef Riders LLC is an Oregon limited liability company that sells recreational sea scooters and related products. In this Policy, “Reef Riders,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Reef Riders LLC.

We may collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information received from service providers or business partners.
 

3.1 Information You Provide

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.

• Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, order history, delivery details, returns, warranty claims, and customer-service communications.

• Account information, if account features are offered, including login credentials and saved preferences.

• Content you submit, such as reviews, photographs, videos, survey responses, contest entries, and messages.

• Marketing preferences and information you provide when joining an email or SMS list.
   

Payment card information is generally collected and processed by our payment providers. Reef Riders may receive limited payment-related details, such as payment status, card type, and the last digits of a card, but does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers.
 

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, operating system, language, and device identifiers.

• Site activity, including pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, session information, cart activity, and interactions with emails or advertisements.

• Cookie and similar-technology data used to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand performance, prevent fraud, and, when enabled, support advertising and measurement.
   

3.3 Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from Wix and other website providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, advertising or social-media platforms, affiliates, creators, and authorized retail partners. The information depends on the service and your interaction with it.

• Process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, and provide order updates.

• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, returns, refunds, recalls, safety notices, and warranty service.

• Operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the Site and our products.

• Detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.

• Send transactional communications and, with any consent required by law, marketing communications.

• Measure Site performance and understand how customers find and use the Site.

• Administer promotions, affiliate or creator programs, surveys, and product reviews.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising technologies that disclose identifiers or internet activity to advertising partners, some privacy laws may treat that activity as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may request to opt out by using available cookie controls or contacting us.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; or to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
 

To submit a request, email info@reefriderstours.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and the email or order information associated with your relationship with us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or following the instructions provided. Transactional and service communications, including order, safety, recall, and warranty messages, may continue where appropriate.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfillment, customer service, warranty and safety records, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use unique credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized activity involving your account or communications with Reef Riders.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Site, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Purchases must be made by an adult. Product use by minors is governed by the Terms of Service and requires parent or legal-guardian permission and close, competent supervision.

Information you choose to make public in a review, social-media post, or other public submission may be visible to others. If you submit content featuring an identifiable minor, you must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian or have documented permission from that person.

The Site may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.

Reef Riders is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
